Hi, my name is James, I live in Ohio. I'm a 1st generation American, my parents migrated here to the USA from the Phillipines. I watched all 10 of your video documentary on youtube. What a trip it was! I learnt so much about my own religion during those 10 videos than I did my entire life growing up with strict christian parents. So I decided to check out your website as well. Here I am. Not sure what do next now. I feel that I can no longer go to my usual Church, especially now that I know they are preaching the wrong messages. I also feel that I've been taken for a fool by my church, that they thought they could lie to me for the rest of my life. I want to thank you for revealing the truth, and putting me on the right path. God bless you all.

Welcome to our forums. We are glad to hear from people that have "seen the light" through our efforts. We are still organizing our services and this website.

We understand how you feel about not feeling you belong to your church anymore. All we can say about that is that everyone has to choose for themselves what they want to believe in. Obviously you care about the truth and care about God and your eternal soul. These things are more important than social circles. This does not mean that you cannot be friends with the people that go to your old church. Maybe you can even help them find the truth as you have. Using bible references is usually a good strategy, as it shows that you are not making up lies about your religion. Sajih might have some better advice for you in this area, as he has experienced disconnection from his old church, and also experienced strong criticism of his beliefs by his close friends and even from members of his own family.

Stay on the right path, and we will do our best to offer you a place of belonging.

Thanks Marwan and Sajih for that warm welcome. I have watched your video documentary again, and I have picked up even more information the second time. It really is worth watching more than once. The main reason I watched it again was because I was showing the videos to my girlfriend and she loved it, and couldn't wait to watch the next video. We ended up watching all 10 videos in one night. We paused it half way through and got some Pizza to keep us going. Thanks again.
