Website Revamp

Hello my brothers & sisters from this church. I want to reach out to all of you to ask for help with finding a good website designer that can make a website as good as this church website is. I belong to a charity group that runs shelters and food halls for the homeless. We are a non-profit organisation, and don't have much funds available for items that are not a core part of our mission. We had someone try to make us a website for free, but what they made was an embarrassment really. We told them to look at this church website for inspiration, so they can get a good idea of what we want it to look like. After several attempts, they gave up in frustration. There are professional website designers here in Canada, and we got one of them to quote the cost to make a website similar to this one. They wanted $4000 (canadian dollars). This was way more than our approved budget amount of $1000.

So if anyone here knows of a good website designer that has the skills to make a website similar to this church website, and they are willing to do it for free or for just $1000, please let me know by sending me a personal message here on this forum board.
