Website Revamp
Hello to all my friends here.
We are planning to overhaul our current website, to spruce it up a little as it is looking a little dated. As part of that process, we would like to include a testimonial section from our members, saying what they like about this Church. I want to make it very clear that this is totally 100% voluntary. Please don't feel obliged to put forward a testimonial statement if you are uncomfortable with that. This must be something you are happy to do. So, we are reaching out to you all to ask for a little input for the new website. Just in case you are not sure what we are asking for, here are some example comments that would be suitable... Example 1: I've been a member of this Church now for (X) years now. This Church has really opened my eyes to the truth, and has provided spiritual guidance in my life. Example 2: This is an honest place to be, providing spiritual guidance and some hard truths about the clergy. They have never asked me for a donation, and all the videos and other resources they provide is absolutely free. Example 3: My life has changed for the good since joining this Church. I love knowing the truth about the scriptures, not just what they taught us at Sunday school when I was a kid. You guys get the idea. Just tell us in your own words how this Church has helped you or how it has changed your life, or whatever else. If you want to go the extra mile, we are also accepting photos to go along with the testimonials. Again, this is strictly voluntary, and you are under no obligation whatsoever. You can decide to just provide a testimonial quote with no picture. Or one with a picture. Or nothing at all. One thing we will not be accepting are anonymous quotes. This is because it is easy for people to accuse us of making up the anonymous quotes ourselves to self-promote the Church. We would like to attribute every quote with a real person. So that's it for that. For any comments, questions, or concerns, please reply to this message. Thank you. |

RE: Website Revamp
This sounds so cool. Can't wait to see the new website. I will be more than happy to submit a testimony about this church. If I can find a cool photo of me and Jennifer, I'll submit that as well. Do we just submit that stuff in this thread? Or should we email it somewhere? The instructions were not clear about that.

RE: Website Revamp
I want to get in on this too. This church has given me so much, and has never asked me for any money in return. I feel I owe you at least a testimonial if it would help you at all. Also I'm happy to be doing it. Seeing my own words as part of your new website would be cool. Let me ponder on it, and come up with a nice statement for you. Not sure about the photo however, as my face doesn't exactly look like Brad Pitt. But I'll think about it.

RE: Website Revamp
Hello to all my brothers and sisters from this church. It would be my honour to provide an honest testimonial of what this church has done for my life. Do we just leave the testimonial here on this message thread? Looking forward to seeing the new website.
God bless you all. |

RE: Website Revamp
ok, we think of the words to say how good this church to us. Please know we speak english not 100%. Here is it..
Saluti dall'italia! We are with this church for more than the 10 years now. God brought us here in 2014. We find out about this church from video from the youtube. Our life is more better since we join this church. We know more truth about bible and about fake teaching from our old religion. Thank you Sajih for open our eyes. Dio vi benedica. RE: Website Revamp
Well what can I say guys? I am so humbled to get a response like that, and in such a timely manner. I honestly was not expecting any response for at least a week because I thought that's how long it will take for someone to log in and find the new message here.
As for how to submit the testimony and picture, just do what Anthony has done and leave it right here on this message board. I will simply copy the words & photos from here to use for the new website. Speaking of Anthony, I must say that photo looks so genuine and honest. Everything about it is perfect in my eyes. You and Maria look so happy and so in love with each other. You both look attractive with your new clothes. You made me laugh when you said you wanted your moustache to grow a few more days, and you guys buying new clothes to wear for the picture. Well, you really nailed it perfectly. The testimony itself was very heartwarming. Also love your house in the background, really looks like an italian village or something like that. Thank you for the huge effort you both put into it. |

RE: Website Revamp
I will be happy to get onboard with this as well. Give me a couple of days to come up with my testimony.
By the way Anthony, that vest you are wearing looks really sheek. I have never seen anything like that in the clothing stores in my town. You are so lucky to be living in Italy. Also lucky to have such a pretty wife, you both really do look like in love with each other. All the best to you both and may God continue to bless you. |

RE: Website Revamp
Yeah Anthony, your photo looks amazing. It's nice to put a face to the names too. Love the threads you bought as well, they look really classy on you both.
My photo is from 2 years ago when Jenny and I vacationed in Hawaii. It's one of our favorite photos. Jenny was hesitant to use it for this purpose because she says it looks like she is unhappy. I disagree with her about that, I think she looks happy and beautiful. As for the testimony, here's what we came up with - This Church talks from a place of research and corroborated facts, not just blind faith. Our lives have only improved since we were made aware of the information from the 27 videos that this Church has released. After watching all the videos, I realized that I've been taken for a fool by my church, that they have not been 100% truthful to me about important religious topics. Since I joined this Church over 10 years ago now in 2014, not once have we been asked to make a financial donation. Not once have we been asked to buy anything. Not once have we been asked to recruit other people into this Church (I'm looking at you Jehovah's Witnesses). As far as I'm concerned, it doesn't get more pure & honest than that. I owe a big heartfelt thank you to the Church of the Everlasting God. May God continue to protect you and give you more guidance & strength. You have my permission to change any part of my statement that you feel might be inappropriate. |

RE: Website Revamp
Ok, I thought long & hard about what to say, and this is what I came up with..
I was raised in a household that was strongly linked with the Anglican church. It was my only source of spiritual guidance and information about God. I couldn't believe how much truth was hidden from me after watching the video documentaries from this website. All the evidence was in my very own bible as well. The same bible I took to the Anglican church when I was a child. This website revealed some difficult truths about Christianity that conflicts with what mainstream churches are preaching. Thank you to Sajih and his team for freeing my mind and my soul. Sorry, I couldn't find a nice photo of myself, will have to skip that if that's okay. I was in 2 minds about submitting a photo or not, but after seeing the other photos here, it became an easy choice. The other photos here look so good, especially Anthony and his wife. James and Jenny's photo also looks amazing, I can recognise the Hawaiian jungle behind you. I visited Hawaii a long time ago. Anthony and James, you are both blessed with having lovely ladies in your life. My relationships have been a disaster in my past. May God continue to bless you all. |
